Grand Hotel Union
The Grand Hotel Union is the biggest congress hotel in Slovenia with 327 rooms and 21 conference and banqueting rooms. It can accommodate 850 conference participants and it is located in the heart of Ljubljana with the river and the famous Prešeren square at its doorstep. The congress centre is shared by the Executive and the Business hotel which gives a choice of cost per room. The Grand Gotel Union Executive is one of the most prestigious hotels in Ljubljana and it has been the choice of most head of states and royals visiting Slovenia.

Hotel Mons
This design hotel is the second largest congress hotel in Ljubljana and it is located on the ring road around Ljubljana and the congress centre hosts 6 halls and 3 boardrooms. With the hotel’s easy access from the motorway and extensive parking, it is a great and modern conference centre which can accommodate 800 participants. The Best Western Premier Hotel Slon
Hotel Slon can host conferences for up to 250 guests in the heart of Ljubljana. The convention center on the hotel’s first floor offers five conference rooms with plenty of day light, air-conditioning and beautiful wooden floors. The walls of the rooms can be removed creating a great hall for banquets of up to 350 guests. The conference center was recently refurbished giving the rooms a modern touch with high tech equipment combined with a good atmosphere set by the beautiful chandeliers etc.
At hotel Slon Ljubljana you also find the Business Center which offers work stations and any office tasks you might have. They even run a virtual office for you if required.

City Hotel
Two types of meetings and conference rooms are available. The city Panorama meeting room is the executive meeting room available on the top floor. The hotel also hosts 4 meeting rooms capable of ten to fifty people which can be turned in to bigger rooms by removing the dividing walls. By removing the walls, a hall for two hundred people is available for bigger events and conferences.

M Hotel Ljubljana
A short drive or 5 minutes taxi journey from the Ljubljana center, you find the M hotel which can cater for conferences with up to 300 delegates. It doesn’t have the luxury as some of the city centre hotels but it is well equipped with a good conference centre and all the rooms have Wi-Fi, making it easy to catch up on work in the hotel.
